UK Postage and Delivery
Our delivery charges are £4.95 per order, no matter how many products you purchase.
Our general delivery timescales are within 2-5 days with the exception of wedding favours which have a lead time of 3-4 weeks. We will let you know if your delivery will take longer due to busy periods, as all our products are hand cut to order. Returns
We want you to be happy with the goods and service you receive from us. If you make a purchase you have 28 days, from receipt of cancellable goods, to notify us if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item.
You must notify us in writing if you wish to cancel your order or exchange an item, and we encourage you to outline your reasons for doing so as this helps us to improve our offering. To contact us please email info@theslategiftcompany.co.uk
We recommend that you return the goods in appropriate packaging, use a ‘signed for’ delivery method and obtain proof of postage. Do not destroy or dispose of any product, even if it is faulty, before arrangements have been discussed us.
We will process a refund of your order with payment directly to your payment debit/credit card or Paypal account within 30 days at the very latest, subject to compliance with the returns policy Terms and Conditions and timeframes outlined above.

Personalised items that are specially made, or ordered, with your choice of name, message or other customised aspect that makes the item unique to your requirements and therefore cannot be resold.
